i found the room super clean and it had everything i needed! the biscuits and makeup wipes were a nice touch. i also liked how they had different brands of tea. two big waters were in the mini fridge and a mini fan was available.
the cost for just the bed was slightly expensive. however, i did not spend much time in my room.

I found yorkshire tea and hot chocolate provided in my room. A fridge was also conveniently available. The shower included both gel and shampoo. Parking on the street proved easy. It was only a short walk to the cliffs tram stop.
The hotel LACKED an elevator, this made transporting luggage to upper floors slightly challenging.

i received helpful pre-arrival messages regarding my stay. i was greeted with a smile and given a tour upon arrival. the bed was very comfortable (i slept like a log) and the room was very clean. little extras in the room included makeup remover wipes, fresh cookies. tea and coffee.
